The Story
Mindsay is a customer service automation platform that allow businesses to connect with their users, reduce response times to improve overall customer experience.
Mindsay wanted a high quality, premium and amazing explainer video for their product introduction. After going through the style selection process, our client decided to opt for 2D animation with simplified, abstract concepts in majority of the scenes.
The assets such as characters and objects used in the video were created from scratch by our in-house designers, incorporating the client’s vibrant colors against greyish, light blueish background colors. We also recreated and simplified the platform’s screenshots to match the look and feel of the other assets used in the animation.
