2020 is an eventful year for many. Despite all the not-so-positive news around, we were thrilled this week when we received an email from the prestigious 2020 Indigo Design Awards that our 3D animation, The Story of Our Workflow, has received a Gold Award in the Computer Animation category.
Indigo Design Award is a design competition in Graphic, UI/UX, Digital, Mobile, Games Design and Design for Social Change categories with participants from across the globe. Indigo aims to inspire and advocate creativity.
The award ceremony is held annually in the most charming and innovative cities around the world. This year, the ceremony was scheduled in May in Bangkok but due to the recent COVID-19 outbreak worldwide, it has been postponed.
The honorary members of the jury board were handpicked for their contributions in the digital design world, including the Vice President of Design at IBM, Head of 2D animation at Buck and Founder & Creative Director of Metajive. Each submission of the competition goes through rigorous review by the jury board according to three key factors: creativity, originality and relevance to topic. The review process takes several weeks before the winners are selected.
Being announced as one of the winners by the reputable and respected members of jury in this competition certainly propel our fuel to continue doing what we’re passionate about and to do it even better – creating creative content.
